    ALFA BOND KOHLHAUER – THE LEADING WAY IN NOISE CONTROL AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY

    ALFA BOND KOHLHAUER was established in Poland in 2006, as part of the European family company R. Kohlhauer GmbH with traditions dating back to 1993. For our group, the most important thing is building value and long-term development in accordance with nature. The concept of sustainable development has been very close to us from the beginning. Even when no one has spoken about it yet. We believe that the real value is in what we can use continuously and sustainably. It’s our environment. The company’s goal is to provide investors with such solutions in the field of noise protection and ecology that will have a significant impact on the living comfort of local communities.

    In 2007, we started the implementation of the first road and railway screen construction projects. A year later, we launched the production of acoustic screens for the entire group. In 2010, we were entrusted with the implementation of the project on the Wrocław Motorway Bypass. And so began the dynamic development of the company.

    Today, ALFA BOND KOHLHAUER is synonymous with high quality standards and its own innovative products in the field of noise protection.

    A milestone in the history of our company was the relocation of the headquarters and production plant to Kajetany near Warsaw in 2020. This is where we feel at home and this is where our new, ecological solutions are created.

    Noise, i.e. intrusive, long-lasting sound that is harmful to health, is a global environmental problem. The level of noise caused by the increasing intensity of road and rail traffic, as well as from other sources, reduces the quality of life and causes health problems.

    At ALFA BOND KOHLHAUER, we create such soundproofing screens that our clients can build communication routes and industrial facilities in accordance with applicable standards, nature and local residents. We use all possibilities and knowledge to adapt our offer of noise barriers to the expectations of investors and the needs of local communities.

    As a supplier of innovative solutions, our company creates new standards. Already at the early stage of the project, we develop it comprehensively together with the client, and then we deliver promising concepts. Many years of experience in acoustic protection, acquired knowledge and a modern production plant in Poland help us in this.     SUSTAINABILITY – COMMON TASK

    How we do it:

    • we cover a significant part of our energy needs with self-generated electricity (applies to production in Germany);
    • we develop and manufacture our products with a view to being fully recyclable;
      KOHLHAUER products can effectively provide co-benefits such as generating energy from the sun or purifying the air;
    • we avoid long transports (concerns production in Germany), and thus emissions into the atmosphere. This allows to guarantee jobs and strengthen the infrastructure in the region.

    Noise protection – standardized and future-proof

    Our knowledge and commitment to nature conservation makes us an active activist for climate protection. That is why we are very much involved in the activities of standardization committees and noise protection working groups, such as DVLV, VDEI, FGSV, ENBF, APREA. We are also involved in research projects, in which we are often invited together with our clients and cooperating companies in Europe. Thanks to this, we can always be one step ahead of others and implement the guidelines of legislators on local markets early enough through innovative solutions.
