SCORSA® FLEX system makes possible to use transparent panels in curved acoustic screens. This allows for better noise suppression while reducing the screen height. The KOHLHAUER SCORSA® FLEX system includes a comprehensive solution: from the supporting structure, through panels with an articulated frame, to mounting elements with a special clamping function. Simple and quick installation also ensures excellent economic efficiency.

CLEARWALL® is a modular road screen system that combines transparency with integrated absorbing elements. Depending on the design, noise absorption values of 4-8 dB can be achieved. Thanks to this solution, there is no longer any need to give up transparent fillings of acoustic screens when sound absorption is required. Landscape views are preserved, so noise barriers are not perceived as optical barriers.
We offer two variants of this system: CLEARWALL® VS and CLEARWALL® HS.

Point mounting of transparent acoustic screens KOHLHAUER SCORSA® POINT FIX is an innovative and unique solution by KOHLHAUER. The patented and proven technology ensures optimal attachment of transparent panels to the slender supporting structure using spring elements. The key advantage of such a screen system is the combination of maximum structural strength and almost complete viewing freedom. This is due to the elimination of supporting columns and panel frames, which to a greater or lesser extent limit visibility, as is the case with classic acoustic screens.

The result is the creation of light, large-format, visually attractive panels with very good acoustic properties. Easy to install based on a patented system. All KOHLHAUER grid insulation systems (GDS), including the KOHLHAUER ALUFERA® system, have been tested in prestigious research institutes in the field of acoustic insulation, sound absorption, wind load, frost and road salt resistance, durability, etc.

KOHLHAUER ALUMNA® acoustic screens are based on durable upper and lower profiles made of extruded aluminum. The front and rear sheet metal are made of high-quality aluminum. Sheets and side profiles are connected to horizontal profiles using rivets. To prevent sound transmission between the panels, the upper and lower profiles are equipped with a tongue-and-groove connection. The side aluminum profiles are equipped with EPDM gaskets ensuring tightness of installation in the poles.

TAP-RAIL is a modular panel system proven in applications on railway lines. Thanks to the technology used, it combines the features of transparent acoustic panels with integrated sound-absorbing elements. This system creates new perspectives. It allows the use of transparent materials while maintaining the necessary level of sound absorption. It provides an unobstructed view that pleases travelers and allows them to orient themselves to tourist attractions, cultural monuments and landscapes. The sound absorption value (PN-EN 1793-1) is 4 dB and can be increased up to 8 dB for the entire system by adding a highly absorbing foundation or combining with highly absorbing aluminum acoustic panels.
